Recession Chat on Design Sponge

I love that Grace at Design Sponge is gearing her Biz Ladies Meetups towards discussion of surviving this economy. As both an independent retail and wholesale owner, I will hope to be like Dickens and look back and say "it was the best of times, it was the worst of times." While it is daunting to watch the market nose dive, on the design front it is an essential and exciting time to renew, refresh, rearrange priorities and channel different outlets of creativity. I am positive that this time will help keep us from getting too comfortable in our routines and challenge us all to adapt in new ways.
